Travelled and visited various farms and interaction with farm owners and Professors of Universities in Indonesia, Laos, Philipines, Thailand, Taiwan and China, conference and discussion on farm Standard Operating Procedure and future market.
Arrange buying parties, vendors to sell merchandise. Develop prospect lists. Research, document, rate or select alternatives for farm design and structure. Identify case issues and evidence needed, based on analysis of farm work flow, standard operating procedure. Plan budgets and arrange for purchase of animals, feed or supplies. Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers and plumbers, to ensure job success in new farm development. Travel abroad to scrutinise and determine equipment that best perform to get ensure efficiency and effective output. Prepare review specifications or orders for the new purchase of new equipment, ensuring that proper features are well-suited to the farm. Work with personnel and facilities management staff. Provide technical support and services for veterinarian and animal science specialist working in fields such as agricultural, environmental science, resource management and animal health. Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services. Hire employees.
