Well communicate with customer on taking booking/shipping instruction, inquiries and request.
Verify related shipping documents to ensure accurate and valid customer accounts and contracted air rates and origin charges.
Work with TRC on space reservation and update to both shippers and overseas counterparts.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations with good service quality.
Ensure that complete and accurate D/I are distributed to appropriate parties both internal and external.
Handle any special tasks assigned by superiors.
