ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Outbound
 Visit customer to survey/discuss/advise and give a first impression to customer.
 Analyze cost of packing, freight, and destination service (both sea and air). Also verify cost made by shipping staff. Also advise important information of customs’ regulations to customer/agent
 Offer a quotation to customer and oversea agent
 Supervise packers for packing (if required)
 Liaised with forwarder agent (both sea and air) and overseas agent (worldwide) for door-to-door service shipment.

Inbound
 Offer quotation for every inquiry from overseas agents (RFP RFQ etc.) including of international tender.
 Give an advice to overseas agent and customer regarding to import shipment.
 Assign and supervise worker to deliver shipment to the given address (also attending if required)
 Liaised with shipping team regarding import issues.
 Liaised with supplier such as crane, forklift, handyman etc. in order to complete inbound job.

Marketing
 Visit prospect client/company to introduce and promote company’s service.
 Attend multinational seminar/networking/meeting etc. to promote our service to various customers

Others
 Generate report for management.
 Responsible for any complain from customer.
 Pet export/import
 Export license of art objects
