ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Electrical&Mechanical Foreman (ME Foreman) with experience 6 year under
Japanese company being professional of design, construction and service
maintenance (CIVIL & MEP) related building type of Industries factory zone
Navanakorn Industrial estate, Amatanakorn Industrial estate, Eastern
seaboard Industrial estate, Bangkok data center,Shopping mall, Resort.,
Major of work responsibility of Electrical System, Mechanical System,
Plumbing System, Working schedule control keep complete follow master
planed, Check design DWG, Shop DWG and correct process approve before
distribution to team used in construction process, Inspection work follow EIT
Standard,
Control management manpower for working, Control material for
construction in site, Check quantity of material and working compare with
(BOQ) that used in site construction to be correct, Prepare instruction of
working under safety regulation, Leader to do meeting with owner or team
and making minute of meeting document, Making daily report,Weekly report,
Monthly report submit to supervisor, Leader for test & commissioning MEP
System, Making handover document submission to customer, And other
working depend on supervisor or customer requirement
ให้งานดำเนินไปด้วยกัน โดยมีมาตรฐาน คุณภาพ ข้อกฏหมาย ระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
(Owner) เมื่อส่งมอบโครงการก่อสร้าง จะคอย Support ทางลูกค้าเป็นเวลา 3ปี เมื่อมีปัญหา
- ดูแลและควบคุมทีมงานฝ่ายช่าง ในโครงการก่อสร้างชั่วคราวที่เกี่ยวกับ ระบบน้ำดี น้ำเสีย ไฟฟWา เป็นต้น
