1. Collect the complaint data, Analyze and Reporting to CEO as monthly basis. 2. Arrange the meeting with concerned Parties (Designer, QA, Warranty, Manufacturing, Supplier, etc.) regardless the PDI and Complaint issue to find the best solution and follow up the action with other assigned. 3. Communicate and clarify the issue with Zone Manager when required action from Dealers. 4. Dispatch Technicians to field service when required. 5. Prepare and Issue Part/Technical Service Bulletin to Zone Manager. Act as Trainer to Dealer’s Technician when required. 6. Confirm and Check the selected parts failure and issue product complaint report for future investigation. 7. Assist the designer when new product test drive for planning of cost, schedule and sourcing drives for test drive activity. 8. Check and maintenance the test drive vehicles and ensure all conditional ready prior to test drive. 9. Establish the relative QMS ISO9001:2015 documentation used for Product Engineering department. 10. Translate Owner Manual of new vehicle from English Version to Thai.

1. Be a LEADER of CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM (CFT) and participate with other team members such as body assembly engineering team, body press engineering team and etc. This is to analyze the Top 5 problems monthly for the quality of assembling to know the potential root cause, then making decision and provide countermeasure either temporary or permanent through preventive maintenance and prevention outflow. And direct reporting to Engineering VP and Discipline GMs in order to eliminate the quantity of defects as a part of KPI achievement. 2. Be act as an investigator when feedback receipt from Production Dept. about the quality of assembling to know the potential root cause, then making decision and provide countermeasure either temporary or permanent through preventive maintenance and prevention outflow. 3. Participate with the production team in analyzing the problems issued in QRQC Group. (Quick Response Quick Control) 4. Participate with the Oppama Team for analyzing problems as informed by Oppama plant in Japan. 5. Participate with Quality Team for analyzing problems claimed by Market and control the prevention of outflow from production process including proper records made to avoid further reoccurrence. 6. Cooperate with Part Quality Assurance Dept. and Maker for the concerned problems to get the solution of problem, solving and do further preventive action. 7. Be a Trainer “Basically of Quality Concerns Analysis for the vehicle assembly process” to new engineers. 8. Be a focal point person to cooperate with BV2 (Behavior Vehicle Engineering Dept.) of NISSAN JAPAN regarding to knowhow knowledge of quality analysis. 9. Ensure operators follow work instructions (operation sheet standard). 10. Implement assembly method from origin Japan which against from local in order to suit assembly process. 11. Improve each assembly station process to achieve a short time of production, working safety and good in quality. 12. Support and participate with the Design team for new part assembly trial.
