Welding process

- New line installing welding fixture and equipment team(pre-launch/launch)
- Setting program parameter and testing pressure/current of manual spot gun welding machine.
- Spot welding trial part and checking position and quality of spot weld nuggets.
- Destructive Testing(DT) - Chisel test for checking spot weld nuggets dimension and quality.
BIW fitting process
- Equipment trial and production trial team.

- Adjusting jig and fixture for installing FR/RR door, fender,hood engine
and tail gate in Body complete line(SOP/SOP+3 phases) refer to CMM data before hand over to production team.
- Monitoring stable of BIW fitting process(gap and flushness according to control plan standard)
- Investigate, analyze and solving problem issue about fitting BIW that related with jig and fixture.
- Design and improve jig for checking part in BIW assembly process.

- Making 8D report and be incharge of department for deal with customer.
- Making ECR and other for PPAP when have change in production line.
- Monitoring quality problem in production line.
- Control stock spare part in department.
