ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Control and manage the production line about manpower (100 persons)
• To manage total production (Assembly) department, such as Production Productivity, Quality,
Delivery of product, Inventory control (Component part and F.G. part), Machine and equipment management, Human management, Cost control, New model & new design process control
• Budget creation, Department KPI and management
• Corrective and Preventive action analysis
• Control and improvement production process
• Defect & Yielded analysis and troubleshooting solving
• To motivate all of operator for achievement department KPI
• Make preventive maintenance (PM) plan and monitoring to ensure all machines and equipment support production line are in good conditions
• Ensure safe working conditions and suitable work environment for all operators
• Issue yearly training plan for increase skill of operators and evaluate
• Reporting to the Japanese Manufacturing manager and Managing director
• Manage, control, motivate and coaching the production team to achieve the company objective

• Secretary of Factory Manager
• Support all section translator
• Support translate all document that concern with company regulation
• Support HR/GA in administrator job

• Production plan to coordinate with planner to make plan the MPS (Master Plan Schedule) have refer demand from customer
• Control production process and worker
• Planning machine capacity for support production
• Control document of Plastic-Silicone Injection and Mold Department
• Material control in process
• Make daily report to follow and monitor capability in process and real time feedback to fast closely any issue in process
• Summarize data to create monthly report and reporter to manager
• Meeting all leader for update new information in morning meeting
• Find out root cause and action urgently to keep continue run the production line
• To review the productivity performance by weekly, monthly and yearly

• Improvement the production process in order to increase capacity the injection
• Set-up processes and systems to create a foundation for long-term improvement
• Verify capability and capacity to fully support demand from customers
• Increase productivity is cost reduction to balance manpower with fully efficiency in process
