-Design and Make jig ,fixture, machine and equipment support production line and
new project Line.
-Control jig , fixture and machine room for first article inspection and last article
Inspection. And prepare spare part for PM and Break Down maintenance.
Control PM planning and Break Down maintenance.
-Set up new project line and new production line included utility system support
Line.
-Improvement production system follow 7 waste.

My responsibilities for maintenance is
- planning to the preventive maintenance of the machine all factory and follow up to
plan with technician team.
-planning to the preventive maintenance of the utility system such as electrical
system, and air system.
-Break down maintenance the machine for mechanic, pneumatic, electric system
and utility system such as electrical system, and air system.
-Design and drawing the tooling for compose the product.
-Design and build Construction job such as production office and painting room.
-Planning spear part and tooling system for preventive and break down maintenance.
My responsibilities for production is
- I have worker under me is 75 person. In production team.
-Set up to planning production such as plan for day, plan for month.
-Set up to product report, balance product report, report per day, report per month
and etc.
-Set up shift system of the production line .
-Modifies and development new system for production line.
-Increase productivity from 35 pcs per day to 65 pcs per day. For 3 month period.
-Training work instruction for each section team such as sub- assembly line, frame
line, sub-engine line, engraving line , first compose line , second compose line ,
recover/ repair line and painting line.
-Control production line until complete.
