ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Control and Monitor for Hub of south (Hub Phuket,Hub Hadyai)
- Manage the daily operations of all of the hun activities through supervision of hub staff
- Implement and main tain standard operating procedures in the hub facilities
- Ensure load/ unload and handle the parcel to the connecting facilities happens on time
- Training, supervising and appraising staff/ vendor
- Manage recruiting, staff administration ensure journey update, returns, exception completion reports
- Identified problems and recommended solutions and ensure service integrity
- Oversee the direction of the trucks and work closely with the transporter/ vendor to ensure professional line haul and shuttle operations
- Provide transportation cost report by monthly basis to Transport Manager
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
- Vendor performance monitoring to ensure customer requirement are met
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, conducted accident and near miss investigations
- Delivery Service for more 70 Customer such as watson, Sino pacific (Aura water & Tipco),Nike,Minor ,Diversey,Lazada,TV direct,DCH Aurica etc.
