ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Make an enquiry with overseas suppliers in Asia, Europe and USA.
- Contact Freight Forwarder for customs clearance process and freight cost checking.
- Calculate cost of goods, selling price and margin.
- Place an orders, issue PO to oversea suppliers.
- Follow up shipment with suppliers to be delivered to customer on time.
- Coordinate with other concerned sections.
- Purchasing monthly report to MD.
- Prepare quotation and send to customer.
- Receive orders from customer.
- Prepare and send commercial invoice to customer.
- Follow up payment with customer.
- Prepare all shipping documents for customer.
- Coordinate between suppliers & customer for cargo delivery.
- Price negotiation between oversea suppliers & customer.
- Push sales margin to meet the company target.
