Responsibilities Expectations
Infrastructure Projects
- Initiation and management of infrastructure projects for Nong Khae, Rayong and Bangkok,AMEIA
Local Support & End-user Service Availability - First line of support for the local plant & Bangkok
o Desktop support
o Network and server support
o Hardware and software Inventory
o Computer peripherals (Printers, Scanners, etc..).

- Proactive maintenance on local environment to ensure maximum service availability
- Coordination with Infrastructure Teams (KBS) ensuring local environment meets baseline requirement level
- Responsible for incident routing/escalation to tier 2 support teams
- Extend support to outside Sales team across the region
- Extend support to Rayong, BKK, South Africaand other AMEIA Plants

Liaison with Regional Resources - Provide support to regional resources:
o Infrastructure physical deployment
o Information collection on the computing environment

Knowledge Processes - Ensure all incidents resolutions and relevant knowledge is documented and shared with counterparts
- Expected to actively seek knowledge to aid in fulfilling role
- Connect and share knowledge with counterparts in the region
- Expected to learn the local infrastructure layout specifics
Security Ensure processes run smoothly, with timely response to related incidents
- Software patch process (operating systems, desktop applications)
- Antivirus (and other endpoint protection) system health and incident response
- Make sure to run supported/updated Operating Systems and Software
- Data protection process (backup, recovery)
- Use of automation tools to monitor system health

1. Moved ERP of Thailand to RSI ERP EU
2. Changed firewall from Check Point firewall to Cisco ASA Service desk for Thailand, GPO and SCCM Managed
3. Changed web filtering from Websense to Zscaler
4. Changed AD server from windows 2003 to Windows 2012
5. Setup Remote server for run ERP between Rayong plant and Nongkhae Thailand
6. Setup Remote server for run ERP from Japan office to Nongkhae Thailand
7. Changed anti virus from Mcafee to Kaspersky
8. Changed mail from Lotus notes to Microsoft Outlook
9. Changed Web filtering from barracuda to Websense
10. Installed wireless controller for Warehouse and Mainoffice
11. Installed CCTV system 50 cameras
12. Changed ERP system from DOS version to Windows base version
13. Setup VMWare ESX Server and convert physical server to VMWare
14. Changed Domain controller from Novell netware 5.1 to use Microsoft Windows 2003 AD
15. Support changed SCADA system on production line and backup SCADA system
16. Changed core switch from 3COM to Cisco of Nongkhae and Rayong plant
