-Coordinate with oversea clients.
-Coordinate with freight forwarder to book vessel and container truck.
-Coordinate with factory and send “Purchasing order” to them after
receiving order from clients.
-Make an annual sale summary report.
-Make shipment planning.
-Make receiving payment
-Make Invoice and Packing list.
-Check BL and Form d.
-Check sale stock.
-Check and inform overdue balance to customers.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Import
To indicate vessel's movement to client. Checking container where delivery such as sahathai or other. Checking free time demurrage and detention. Informing the free time of demurrage and detention to customer. Creating payment "THC" and "DO" fee. Picking up "DO". Sending delivery plan to customs broker for customs clearance on site. Issuing bill to client.
2. Export
Submitting SI, VGM to liner agent. Arranging payment BL fee. Picking up BL from liner agent. Booking truck to pick up empty container at depot. Following the truck to arrive factory in time. Informing the shipment to customs broker. Creating invoice and packing list then send to customs broker. Check and confirm BL, export entry draft, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin. then send these original documents and bill to customer.
3. Export transit via Lcb To Laos
After customer booked truck and customs broker with us. Checking truck and confirming to customer back. Booking the truck. Informing customs broker to clearing at Thai side. Coordinating and following the truck to cross Laos border in time. Sending invoice and packing list to customs broker. Issuing bill to client.
4. BULK VESSEL DISCHARGED CARGO
Sending estimated expense to customer. Applying in Tiffa system to notify vessel's arrival and departure details to customs department, marine department and LCB/BKK port. And creating delivery order document. Issuing bill to consignee and ship-owner.
