- Review monthly sales performance, monitor stock and coordinate with USA sales team to ensure effectiveness demanding.
- Develop monthly production plan and coordinate with production team to ensure supply on timeline.
- Monitor and adjust production plan in order to emergency situation.
- Analyze and evaluate key learning of monthly sales forecast accuracy to ensure effectiveness of future demand planning.
