ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Site safety must be applied to customer’s construction site to meet local safety regulations in order to ensure that our employees and contractors work safely (Working at height support equipment, Basic PPE, Heavy equipment management& control i.e. Mobile crane, Forklift.
• Provide erection and assembly master plan together with installation plan, Lifting plan (aligned to customer schedule) and follow up by daily basis of the construction progress and make daily technical report to MD and concern departments such as Procurement, Commercial, Logistics in order to close the job progress and collect the money from customer in each phase of construction %completion.
• Lead& support team to erect& assembly and install conveyors and mining equipment to site on time by following the master plan& schedule.
• Liaise to Oversea project manager and Site supervisors from UK in term of technical issues and support erection& installation tasks.
• Coordinate to construction surveyor for marking installation point correctly and the most accuracy control.
• Provide technical reports and instruction to our staffs (20people)& contractors (40people) for working at construction site.
• Confront to unexpected daily issues and resolve such as readiness/ un-readiness of construction areas with customer, Prioritize job priority in case of delay of equipment supply from suppliers, heavy duty equipment work such as 25-120ton mobile crane, 10ton of forklift and trailer working at site efficiently and safely.
• Liaise to procurement team to support material& equipment from oversea shipments to site and unloading the material safely and physical count in order to ensure receive 100% vs packing list and have no insufficient or material shortage that will be impacted to construction plan.
• Weekly meeting with customer to report the job progress and support need from them.
• Summary Monthly report to share team the job progress/ Issues/ Support need/ Construction expense vs the budget of erection& installation.

• Establish Preventive Maintenance Program and activities i.e. Autonomous Maintenance, Spare part with R&M control in order to maximize machine utilization by using %OEE for monitoring.
• Set Operation budget and control Capital Expenditure in term of business growth/ new investment, sustain and improve manufacturing processes and machine maintenance in order to align with Business plan.
• Develop individual’s essential competencies of subordinates and successors for their future organization.
• Support training need program for self-development and develop team-working environment.
• Change manufacturing strategy by review and allocate resource, Sourcing and implement proper organization in order to align with market situation.
• Ensure business compliances are followed strictly.
