- Shift checklist, Daily operation report, VIP arrival and departure
- Escorting guest, Escorting the VIP to executive floor
- Preparation VIP Amenities
- Hotel limousine booking for guest inquiry via e-mail, oversea or internal phone call Reconfirm flight details and communicate with airport agent, limousine driver
- Deal about lost luggage tracking from airport
- Deal about restaurant, spa, private car service, anything for guest inquiry
- Supervision at main entrance traffic, work with hotel security guard
- E-mail Replying
- Opera system macros, supervision and always update necessary information
- Providing hotel information, outlets, promotion, interesting places nearby
- Valet parking, Hotel tuk tuk driving, super car parking
- Clarify the direction wherever guest need to go, suggest any alternative option
- Luggage delivery with fully care and aware to prevent any damage on the items
- General assist for incoming visitor guest or in-house guest accordingly
- Hotel standard test examination
- Attended to various topics annually training class
- Assigned to stand alone in night shift frequently
