• Conduct in-depth analysis of needs, challenges,
and opportunities within the e-Commerce
ecosystems.
• Provide coaching, education for improving store
on eBay.
• Proactively recommend and strategic
partnerships, promotions, and campaigns to
drive significant sales growth and brand visibility
on eBay platform.
• Recommend and optimize product listings,
pricing, and promotions to achieve optimal
performance across the eBay marketplace.
• Building trust and partner relationship.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with external
teams (Operations, Escalation team, etc.) ensure
seamless service and support on eBay operation.
• Monitor and report on account performance
metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
taking corrective action.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest policy eBay
platform-specific updates, sharing insights with
partner and proposing innovation strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
with eBay tools, for expanding seller brand to
presence and market share.
