(Contract 4 months)

Manage and maintain documentations to ensure that all operations (including subcontractors such as processors, and millers etc.) comply with Organic & Fairtrade standards and regulations including coordinating with international Control Bodies (CB) and external auditors to certify Organic and Fairtrade's standards.
Perform as an internal auditor to check all operations so that they meet international compliance standards (Organic, Fairtrade, BRC etc.)
Analyze and prepare audit plans of both Organic, Fairtrade and BRC Standard
Solve problems, correct non-conformity and/or non-compliance in audit from international certified bodies.
Provide documentation in English and coordinate with control bodies of organic organizations to issue Transaction Certificate (TC and/or COI) for customers, and other documentations
Monitor and summarize the quantity and quality, and documentation of farmer groups for purchasing paddy and rice milling
Coordinate with processing subcontractors in R&D, production, quality control and food safety, according to Organic & Fairtrade regulations and requirements
Prepare and update product specifications.
Provide and respond the questionnaire as required by clients.
Prepare report, COA, issue CAR to customers/suppliers/third party
Other duties as assigned
