- Support design machine, tooling for new project and improvement machine.
- Coordinate with machine shop and maintenance team for make part and assembly.
- Make 3d 2d shop drawing Such as sheet metal for laser, Bending, part for cnc
- Work about jig fixture, jig weld for assay carbon brush, Build machine, Modify machine manual was
automation for compacting carbon and ,conveyor belt,rooller,gavity rooller,racking, drafting sprepart.
- Follow-up project and conclude the meeting.
- Design carbon brush, brush holder GB4, GB3, GB5 for Alternator, Starter Motor, and Carbon vent.
- Create drawing estimate for customer approval and final drawing to production
- Support make catalog data carbon and plate screen carbon brush etc.
