-Managed the imported goods and sample products such as bicycles, electric appliance, and non-electric appliance.
-Communicated privately with the suppliers to talk in detail of the products to make the best condition.
-Coordinated with freight forwarder agent to follow-up and urge orders in order to check they were delivered as schedule.
-Negotiating prices with suppliers.
-Stocked control of sample products.
-Communicated with internal department to ensure all shipments are completed and for all claims and complaints from services department.
-Kept the purchasing manager informed of all shipments or problems and submitted reports as requested by management.
-Prepared and checked shipping documents with accurately to shipping for customs clearance’s purpose.
-Interpreted the instruction manuals of new products.
-Developed an efficient and accurate system by concluding in order list table for monitoring all open purchase orders.
-Delivered a weekly purchase order report to every department.
-Worked with the warehouse team to ensure that all shipments deliver satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any missing products.
-Coordinated with the bank for payment’s purpose.
-Exported sample products to the suppliers.
-Attending trade events: 10th Thai-Japan Business Matching 2017 at Bangkok and China import and export fair (Canton fair).
-Worked with sales department for promoting and selling Cuizimate products at Robinson cooking fair and Robinson cooking academy.
-Assisted with sales department to meet the customers in order to present and market Nesco products with True shopping and Shop channel.
