Job Description :
• Leader to setup 5S system in a factory for present Thailand 5S award in 2020.
• Training 5S to all employee every week. 20 person per group.
• Setup model line (Make PM manual, WI and standard machine under 5S system.)
• To manage and control maintenance daily job.
• Leader weekly 5S activity all area in a factory.
• Contract and coordinator with outsource for solve, improve in factory.
• Monitoring and control all of employee under rule of company.
• Check and review new project before approve (step 2)
• Create and design kaizen in GA., M/T section under concept cancel, reduce, and change.
• Summary monthly report in maintenance section to MD.

Reason for leaving : The concept of work does not matching and not clear job responsible.

Job Description :
• Setup KPI and set annual target of KPI for production.
• Plan and setup annual budget in assembly department.
• Evaluate performance of all under staff according KPI.
• To manage and control manpower, machine and production delivery on plan.
• Drive and manages the continuous improvement of production line by line balancing,
GENBA check process and product.
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of
the product) during the operation
• Ensure that the production schedule planned by the planning is respected.
• Analysis and solve the production line problem with team. (PDCA, FTA, 5W2H) • Ensure achievement of QCDMS objectives and is accountable of QCDMS results.
• Summarize and make weekly, monthly report and present to plant manager
• Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu etc.
• Monitor and analysis for reduce costs.
