- Supervises execution of plans, guidelines, policies and Processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets..
- Drives elements of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
- Supervises the collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for use in the development of long-term quality strategy and programs.
- Reviews production processes and analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.
- Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures

- Manage and utilize QC inspector to perform quality control tasks
- Control QC disciplinary
- Cooperate with concerned people on quality tasks.
- Inform and follow up status with QE inspector on quality issue.
- Supervise and suggest subordinate to eliminate the problem.
- Support the organization goal in achieving total customer satisfaction.
- All other duties assigned.

- Communication customer detail/information from Engineering
