1.Analysis Product trend that you handle ;
2. Daily monitor inventory
3.Summarize information needed i.e. review supplier’s performance and warehouse performance 4.Advising warehouse and stores about inventory changes, monitoring run-in and run out produces. 5.Co-ordinate the good relationship between local suppliers,store and warehouse to ensure order delivery to warehouse or stores are on-time and in-full.
6.Arrange recall of discontinued or recalled stock from stores to warehouse / return to supplier.
