ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Advise a range of specialist areas of safety and on site safety for subcontractors to ensure continual and constant improvement of security e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safety guarding machinery.
2. Inspect and observe safety aspects at all mining areas and facilities on a weekly basic to identify existing condition and any potential accident as well as define properly corrective and/or preventive measures.
3.Set up safety training programs and review the protective and preventative measures of mining operator, contractors, and sub-contractors.
4.Prepare and submits reports covering SHE performance, accident/incident and produce statistics report to SHE Corporate for monthly progress report and maintain and update SHE document and records.
5.Conduct internal audit with contractors to evaluate the system effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
6.Participate in Contractor's evaluation according to SHE performance and management system to ensure continual improvement.
7.Provide the instruction of SHE orientation and other related SHE training to mining Contractors.

1. Inspect and give recommendations on how to comply with the law in regards to occupational safety, health and protection of the environment in order to ensure compliance at the production site.
2. Analyze the work tasks to indicate possible dangers, including setting and presenting preventive measures and procedures in order to ensure that the work is done safely for the employees working at the production site.
3. Ensure that the HSE equipment and supplies are in good condition, adequate quantity and inspected regularly in order for the equipment and supplies are ready to go to protect personnel and company’s assets at the site.
4. Gather and compile data collection pertaining to HSE performance in order to determine the effectiveness of the performance measure at the site, and to support reports that are sent to the government agencies and to our stakeholders.
5. Inspect and evaluate the workplace environment, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
6. Inspect specified areas to ensure the presence of fire prevention equipment, safety equipment, and first-aid supplies in order for the supplies and equipment to be ready to protect employees in the case of an emergency.
7. Investigate accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future in order to reduce the chance for accidents in the future.
8. Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials in order to ensure that no personnel are injured or become ill from work and associated hazards, and to ensure that the environment is protected.
9. Implemented HSE legal, regulation to each asset and keep following up.
10. Participate in Risk Assessments analysis with Contractor in any project, Foundation, facility.
11. Maintain the management system OHSAS 18001/ ISO 14001
12. Arranged Emergency drill at the site.
13. Review the legal that associate in term of HSE and update to system.
14. Conduct training as required, provided technical advice or assistance.
