Thai Jintan Company : Nude Capsule
To plan and coordinate the forecasted numbers of Nude Capsule sent from Sino Pacific
(Our distributor) with Sales and Trade Marketing team in order to open up P/O and order manufacturer to produce as forecasted.
To calculate the amount of raw material to be used in production. By procuring suppliers and purchasing. As well as price comparison of each supplier each item, such as candy packaging, Packaging panel, Plastic celluloid cover, Sticker, etc., used in the production of Nude Capsules for each SKU.
To order capsule from companys storage in order to send off to be manufactured by Apex company and Macrophar company.
To find and order Carton and Inner box for Nude Capsule in order to be sent to Apex and Macrophar Company to be further manufactured and packed into finished from.
To plan and manage the delivery process of Nude Capsule from Apex and Macrophar company to Thai Jintan Company, and from Thai Jintan Company to Sino Pacific company.
To inform and determine the expiration date that will be stamp on the packaging of Nude Capsule to Apex and Macrophar company
To deliver A/W that were sent from different department to each supplier when there is a changed in Packaging / Mould. Also, to coordinate with suppliers for colour proof and A/W when there a change in packaging design.
To search for new supplier in the market and to negotiate the prices, costs, and credit terms to align with the companys strategy and plan.
Survey market trend and competitor movement which related.
To control and check the stocks of all products and raw materials. All ordered both in and out of the company.
In search and purchase of equipment all necessary office supplies, including POP , Sticker , Booths tasting and Premium to support marketing activities that each department needed while considering the budget set.
All work procedures use a valid and approved purchasing system.

Thai Jintan Company: Liquid Toothpaste_LQT

To plan and coordinate the forecasted numbers of Nude Liquid Toothpaste with Sales and Trade Marketing team in order to open up P/O and order manufacturer to produce as forecasted.
Coordinate with supply chain of S&J Company, our Liquid Toothpaste manufacturer, in order to receive important details / manufacturing date / expiration date.
To find a supplier to purchase the Outer carton and Inner boxes for the Nude LQT to send to S&J for further production and packed into the form.
To search for new supplier in the market and to negotiate the prices, costs, and credit terms to align with the companys strategy and plan.
Survey market trend and competitor movement which related.
To control and check the stocks of all products and raw materials. All ordered both in and out of the company.

H 2 Flow Company: Slin Drink

To plan and coordinate the forcasted numbers of Slin Drink with Sales and Trade Marketing team in order to open up P/O and order manufacturer to produce as forecasted.
To find a supplier to purchase order Carton for Slin Drink in order to be sent to Toyo Saikan Company to be further manufactured and packed into finished form.
To search for new supplier in the market and to negotiate the prices, costs, and credit terms to align with the companys strategy and plan.
Survey market trend and competitor movement which related.
To control and check the stocks of all products and raw materials. All ordered both in and out of the company.
