• Engineering Design – design from the concept to production using 3D Program
(Tooling, accessories and other automotive air-conditioning parts)
- Materials cost analysis and cost control for reduce materials cost and improve profit.
- Supplier’s working process improvement to reduce materials cost and process cost.
• Developing new model of automotive air-conditioning hose assembly, metal fitting and piping.
- BOM (Bill of Material) creates, APQP, PPAP, control plan and process.
- Supplier control (Productivity to support new project).
• Communicating with the customers and supplier for solving the problems.
• Improvement problem about productivity.
• Design(2D,3D and CAD/CAM) and modify about machine, jig fixture and tooling.
