ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Prepare M&E Master Construction Schedule for approval
- Supervise and coordinate with M&E subcontractors to resolve the technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall project objective
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of M&E works
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works
- Carry out inspections when required to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied
- Liaise with project consultants team to resolve site matter
- Liaison with client's representative and relevant authorities
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
- Ensure drawings and documentation approval is in place and also compliance with relevant authorities on M&E specifications
- Review and update M&E shop drawings and resolving technical issues
- To monitor Project Budget & Cost Control
- To monitor and keep records of site activities
