- Preparing shipping documents such as Air Waybill
- Communicating with foreign customers via email and phone
- Summarizing data for cutting stock such as the number of containers and pallets used each day
- Planing the load plan to transport shipments on that flight.
- Using the SkyChain system to reserve space for transporting shipments according to the needs of customers
- Summarizing available space reports and used space of that flight every day for forecasting available space on next day
- Coordinating with Thai Airways, the owner of the warehouse about the handling of shipments in the warehouse
- Greeting, communicating and assisting passengers for check-in and board passengers on the plane
