- On-site service to inspect, install and maintain the machine (Pump, Blower fan, Boiler etc.).
- Overhaul and repair the machine from the client.
- Procure new parts, spare parts, components or machines for customers.
- Communicating with mechanic about technical advices.
- Answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machine.
- Responsible for quality assurance, to confirm with client and Company Engineering Standards.
- Conduct cost estimation.
- Submit documents (Quotation, Purchase order, billing etc.).
- Submitting inspection requests, overhaul report, photo report, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports to client.
- Managing and ensuring jobs get completed on time and budget.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
