1) Coordinate with internal division and customers after received IMP project from customers
2) Manage the team to achieve customers requirement in Design, Costing , Production capacity, Quality standard
3) Advise team how to reach the customer’s requirement.
4) Receive the complaint from customer, verified and prepared 8D (CAR) report
5) Cooperate with freight agent and arrange shipping process
6) Travel oversea to visit customers to make closely relationship
