Acting MIS department head for planning, monitoring and managing Country MIS Business plan and people.
Direct and manage an IT local/vendor to manage, implement the solution and support all business functions.
Ensure availability of IT systems and IT infrastructure used in the country
Research, propose, and implement operational workflow enhancements
Promotion and utilization of Dimerco Value Plus System (Internal ERP System)
Service oriented and to promote Dimerco's IT capabilities to customers
Control all IT equipment, computers, IT security policy to compliant with IT Standard, ISO and C-TPAT
Active Directory administrative.
Monitoring the IT team performance, SLA report.
Manage and Control the list of IT asset including review and approve IT specification.
Other assignments given by CRPMIS & Local management.
