ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Cooperate with warehouse ,Credit control , finance department in headquarter at malaysia
- Cooperate with factory in China, Malaysia and Europe- Handle overseas import shipment
- Support Sales and commercial team for steel sheet pile order to sell and leasing projects.
- Order processing , prepare contract and costing summary , issue PO to supplier , submit document to HQ.  follow up delivery order with customer and transporter.
- Arrange goods delivery from warehouse and extract relevant documents.
- Payment processing, compile and check the payment voucher with supporting documents for internal verification and payment approval.
- Timely invoice ,issue Tax Invoice and filled in data input in AX software
- Manage cost within budget for all order sales and leasing project
- Manage shipment volume by monitoring sales volume and updating weekly report
- Establish and implement standard operation procedure- handle all of Office ‘s expense
