Responsibilities :
- Analyzing and evaluating production process cost to customer.
- Coordinating with suppliers and customer to provide a quality product .
- Product control according to the DWG.
- Setting a meeting in order to production plan and improvement the product.
- Designing the production process and creating PPAP, SMR PLAN, PFMEA, QA-MATRIX,
PROCESS FLOW, CONTROL PLAN, KAIZEN PROCESS, PROCESS ANALYSIS
- Create work instruction in new model and training operator.
- Following and analysis the resuts of production.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Develop the required documentation to support the Product Development Process and in accordance with Customer requirements PFMEA, PROCESS FLOW, CONTROL PLAN, Engineer change notice, WI

KAIZEN PROCESS, PACKING STD, Designing Packaging

- Coordinating with suppliers and customer to provide a quality product .

- Product control according to the DWG.
- Set up Flash M/C ,Lo-Hi temp M/C, Final inspection M/C, Register BOM to factory sytem for production event .
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
- Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.
- Responsible for new product development, introduction process management and PPAP approval.
- Responsible for evaluating products quality of the trial production by the supplier (First confirmation)
