Neo Target is a leading public relations and reputation consulting agency for more than 15 years in Thailand with an international network comprising 15 offices in 9 countries across Asia Pacific region such as in Singapore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Shanghai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Seoul. Neo Target provides strategic consultation for all aspects of communication especially PR and corporate reputation management. As a Business Director, I have been a head of the business communications department. My key responsibilities are to provide professional consultancy to clients recovering strategic planning of PR programs. Moreover, it is to set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members performance. In addition, it is to maximize clients brand presence on various channels such as TV, event, web, billboard, and social media. What is more, I have arranged interviews and press releases to promote clients and their products/services. Also, it is to ensure clients consistency in all advertising efforts as well as to report on PR campaign results. Significantly, I have to manage sensitive issues to maintain clients good reputation. To cope with a dynamic business and quite a number of various roles of stakeholders as the PR one, managerial, organizational, and relationship skills are professionally needed. Certainly, a great team work could win against anything.

Wall Street English is among the largest and premium providers of English language education for adults around the world. In Thailand, Wall Street English has been operated for more than 10 years, since 2003. With the consistent growth business, there are more than two million students registered to study in ten centers in Bangkok and one in Chiang Mai. As a Deputy Center Director, it has been an enthusiastic role because I had to deal with a number of prospective students as well as the existing ones in terms of educational knowledge, concerning English language and relevant acquired documents. All of which required lots of self-energetic, confidence, motivation, as well as updated information at all time. My main role and responsibilities were to be a consultant for many stakeholders such as prospective and existing students, consultant (sales) team, service section, and other involved people. Significantly, I was responsible for the Sales and it was my job to drive and to make sure the assigned sales targets are hit every month. In that period, the center, I worked for, it had made the sales hit at least 85% and ultimately, hit 120% of the target.

The Valiram Group is a specialist retailer and multi brand franchisee operating dedicated brand and multi-brand stores in South East Asia. Some of the franchise brands they manage include Victorias Secret, Pedro, Michael Kors, Tumi, Canali, La Martina and Charles & Keith. As a Regulatory Affairs Manager and the first employee of the company for the first few months, it was a very challenging role because I had to handle all matters concerning the office and the company even though it was not stated in my duties and responsibilities regarding the job description. I had to coordinate and communicate with many people from
different sectors. As a result, I had gained an insight into varied and sometimes complex tasks. All of which have given me some value and I believe this is the
benefit of being one man show employee. For the Thai market, they are launching Victorias Secret brand of cosmetics. My main roles and responsibilities are every task concerning to the FDA which includes registration/notification for all cosmetic/fragrances that the company brings into Thailand, to ensure all compliances are met according to FDA requirement, to liaise with government bureaus with regards to cosmetic/fragrance certification, and to attend any concerned Associations meetings. In addition, I was responsible for proper and detailed labeling requirements for inspection purposes on products/merchandise displayed in the store. For work flow, I had to liaise with Logistics Department regarding new shipments.

06/07-12/12 Thai Festival Organisation (TFO)
Marketing & Event Manager

TFO is an event organisation which has been established since 2007. The purpose of TFO is to promote Thai culture, tradition, food, and art. My role was to work with the organisers in all aspects of the event organisation and production. My main responsibilities were to recruit all stewards and performers which were about 100 in each event. What is more, I had to find sponsors and stallholders then, to make deals and arrange administration meetings with them. In addition, I had to make sure that each event and stakeholder complied with the respective council, health & safety, and food hygiene requirements. On top of that, I was responsible for the marketing activities such as advertising, PR and contractor liaison. Having been working with TFO as an event manager, I have gained a huge experience of how to organise events and handle all stewards in the team, especially for a big event like Greenwich Thai Festival2009 and more recently, Ealing Common Thai festival2012. All of which have equipped me with ability and skill of how to coordinate and communicate professionally with others and particularly with multinational people.

Marketing Manager for Thai division

Bryan James & Co ltd was established in 1973 and is a family owned and managed business. They operate throughout the UK providing a highly competitive insurance broking service for motor, household, travel and business insurance. My main role was to build up Thai market in business insurance specifically. With my ability of being bilingual (Thai and English) and knowledge of business insurance, I was able to understand the customers requirements and amend the quotations accordingly with the reasonable premiums hence, the success to satisfy my customers. The ultimate achievement was to follow up existing customers verbal recommendations to others which spreads widely and positively in the Thai community and which specially benefits my own reputation and the company as a whole. For the past years, I enjoyed serving my customers and working with my colleagues. I have built up a number of new Thai customers for Bryan James which was an achievement of working as a Marketing Manager for the last two years.

London Tottenham College was an outskirt college which aimed to help students to develop their skills in English Language communication, Business Management skill, and professional IT skills. My role was to coordinate and implement any office procedure, and frequently to responsible for specific project and tasks, and in some cases, to oversee and supervise the work of junior staffs.

As one of their freelance interpreters, I have a key role to play as a member of their team and a representative of their company while working on Pearl Linguistic Interpretation assignments. Punctuality, polite manners, and attitudes are extremely important for every assignment. Everything that I interpret, translate, hear, read, and come to know from Thai to English and English to Thai during the assignment must be treated in the strictest confidence. During the interpretation, there must be no omitting, adding to, or offering an opinion on anything said. Any information obtained in the course of assigned work must not be divulged to any third party.

The main difference is that Lomer Translation & Interpretings works are mainly for the legal profession whereas Pearl Linguistic Interpretation Services serves a wide variety of customers.

Thai Square restaurants are the most famous and biggest Thai restaurant group in the UK with 20 branches approximately, most of which are located in London. Thai Square restaurants have expanded dramatically with prestigious reputation since 1996. Generally, my main responsibility is to cooperate with the Manager as one of her assistants. A large part of my role is to handle customer service professionally especially in case of customer complain and/or dissatisfaction. Sometimes, I am required to deal with customers who would want to organise special or/and big group parties, functions, or events in terms of payment. In addition, I was required to participate in creating special promotions and set menus especially in low season and on special days such as Christmas and Valentine days. As an experienced member of staff, I was occasionally required to help in setting up new branches and training new staff to work in the same.

Youth leader (during vacation)

I was a volunteer for Y.M.C.A camp during school vacations in Rayong province, Thailand as a youth leader. My training involved learning how to lead games, how to survive in the jungle and knowledge about environment etc. I gained excellent experience of working in team and with children who were under my care when they were in camp. Here, I developed a leadership style which developed the children and developed my management skills in survival camps.
