-Cost reduction function,
-Negotiated with supplier to get the best offer.
For Current items
- Handle for Automotive customer’s product.
- Quote, re-quote, pricing review for current customer.
- Jump and solving to any issued that concern (pricing, delivery, quality issued).
- Cost reduction.
Checking spec and take the data to Pricing negotiated.
Finding the common spec. with lower price and propose to get approval.
Finding the common in plant stock.
- Solving price and MOQ issued and negotiate to get the better.
- Propose alternative to customer with better performance item and lower price-
for cost reduction.
- Working for ECN, PCN are concern.
- Solving for concern issued with team.
- Support as customer’s require.
Etc.

For new RFQ.
- Review customer’s BOM and feedback.
- Assign RFQ each item to each supplier’s line card and follow up.
- Provide MMLT(material master list) by selected the best for each material item and then report to supervisor and director before submit to RFQ.

Responsibility Daily operation,
- Update receive of material and status of inventory for support production plan.
- Solving every problem with concern.
Weekly operation,
- Compare new production plan with latest plan and check material status follow new plan.
- Make daily requirement of material to supplier follow target and policy.
- Make consignment plan of material to supplier and concern user.
- Follow up commitment each supplier.
- Control requirement of EOL parts.
- Material received and Inventory amount forecast.
Monthly operation,
- Analyze the result of inventory end of month each location.
- Compare inventory of consign part at supplier and make charge cost in case loss quantity.
- Material slow moving data and analysis.
