ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Prepare concept designs and feasibility studies for a wide range of potential site including multi-residential, townhouse, education architecture, public architecture and housing development.
• Work with Project Leaders, assisting in the conceptual design, documentation, and delivery of the projects for client.
• 3D Conceptual renderings for client visualization.
• Technical documentation architecture drawings and interior drawing in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate and lead teams through design, development and contract phases of construction drawings.
• Liaising with both internal and external customers throughout the project.
• Produce design drawings using AutoCAD for site plans, construction plan, interior plan and final construction drawings.

• Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.
• Carry out construction works including architecture work, structure work and interior work.
• Liaising with both internal and external customers throughout the project.
• Assist the in-house contractor team in drafting complex methodologies and sequencing, temporary works and undertaking structural detailing in 2D and 3D.
• Produce design drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD for site plans, construction plan, interior plan, final construction drawings and draw as-built drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
