- Lead team in estimate timeline and cost once the project was approved and initiated by involving BA, Developer and Tester.
- Provide draft project plan and negotiate with users in budget, timeline and scope.
- Setup meeting for kick off project with team member to understand scope and agreed timeline.
- Track & Monitor project, follow up project task, deliverables, issues, raise concern, provide risk and contingency plan.
- Maintain deliverables checklist to make sure that all are submitted to users and update progress on daily / weekly basis
- Review resource timesheet
- Work align with the CMMI standard process (Maturity Level 3 for Services, Maturity Level 5 for Development)
- Provide sign-off with users and follow up through project closure until the project goes live.
