- Converse with customers/agents from Italy via e-mail to check new booking and all request.
- Co-ordinate with Sale team, Operation team, Guides.
- Call and email to hotel for any requirement from customers/agents.
- Make a quotation and offer to agents.
- Handle and make reservation for the ground services, transfer services, tour packages and hotels quickly and efficiently.
