- Data Extraction & Cleansing: Extracting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets from multiple sources including SAP, Tableau, Nielsen, and Customer systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Consolidating and analyzing sales performance to support management and cross-functional teams to achieve company sales target.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing market share and sell-out data for soft drinks and water categories to evaluate brand performance against competitors across Modern Trade and other strategic channels.
Key Account Support: Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data to generate performance reports and actionable insights for Key Account teams and executive management.
- Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Designing and developing interactive dashboards and automated reporting tools utilizing Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, reducing manual reporting time by 30% and enabling more efficient data-driven decision-making.
- Project: Service Development in 7-Eleven: Planned the project in collaboration with the Merchandising team, designed data collection methods and managed end-to-end data processes, and analyzed project performance and presented project outcomes to management.
