ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Coordinate all daily activities and motivate the team of direct staff, workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications. cost estimates
• Coordinate with drafting, engineering, procurement and legal teams in preparing the material specification & procurement process, drawing package and contract document
• Responsible for coordination with technical teams (on-shore or off-shore) to allocate resources, clarify technical issues etc.
• Manage hand-over and quality management of the responsible project
• Prepare project development organization, timeline
• Clarify documentation and requirements for each work scope
• Be onsite for the duration of the Project and attend project and meetings
• Prepare document for IEAT
• Ensure all daily site problems are resolved in the shortest time
• Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure our objectives in term of quality and schedules are met
Fire Protection
• Check fire protection spec. accordance Project requirements.
• Concerned with fire prevention, control, suppression, and extinguishment and provides for consideration of functional, operational, Thai regulation requirements.
• Prepare the fire protection deliverables as assigned in project
• Participate in design review meetings in accordance with Project requirements

• Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget.
• Establish the project manpower plan including control and monitoring and send the man power report to senior analysis and project controller.
• Assist the Project Controls Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions.
• Meet all established project deadlines.

• Prepare project procedures for performance of administrative, project and design tasks in accordance with contractual obligation
• Responsible for preparing plans and evaluating the quality of work with the project team
• Supervised and coordinated delivery of engineering-related equipment
• Review and check for ITB, International code & standard.
• Prepared and submitted :
- Monthly Progress Report to Customer.
- Monthly Cost Report to Project Manager.
- Weekly Man hours/Manpower Histogram to Customer.

• Provide project execution of Crane, Serial and Industrial Products for Sales Department.
• Primary function is to ensure timely planning & completion of project related Crane work scopes
• Required to oversee the Overhaul / Inspection / certification of existing Cranes as well as Installation of Replacement Crane
• Design Drawing Fabrication Crane.
• Control Install Crane.
• Load Test and Load Test Report.
• Replacement and proven track record in this type of project work
• Ability and drive to plan, execute and complete work scopes
• Planning and scheduling jobs , supervisor and subcontractors
• Liaise with Project Engineers, Planners, 3rd party vendors
• Clarify documentation and requirements for each work scope
• Co-ordinate with logistic department and purchasing department on final shipment and invoicing both BOI and non BOI project.
• Ensure work packs are satisfactorily completed and signed off on target
• Be onsite for the duration of the Project and attend project and meetings
