-Coordinating with shipping, warehouse,etc.
-Prepared all required documentation for ocean freights for customs clearance.
-Support processed customer’s orders and monitored the order process. Handled customer’s inquiries and resolved them complain.
-Checked the customs broker’s invoices for accuracy.

- Coordinating with shipper in VIETNAM & INDONESIA by sea freight, including air freight for push shipment as schedule as per planload.
- Coordinating with sale and order center in organizations.
- Preparing export documents following international trade rules and regulation.
- Handle paper works required for air and sea transportation.
- Checking on all draft documents and other Form issued by Government in VIETNAM & INDONESIA.
