- Perform order processing and fulfillment including costing, invoicing & preparing full spectrum of
shipping document.
- Import and export of materials arrange and control shipments to & from production plants,
distribution hubs and warehouses.
- Logistics/shipment co-ordination with customers, suppliers,
shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse operators.
- Work with warehouses and logistic companies for stock control, Inventory planning, optimizing,
monitoring and reconciliation. Perform physical stock counts at the warehouses.
- Fully support to quality control, handle and resolve customer complaints. Meet up with suppliers,
service providers.

- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarder to arrange the shipment. Monitor and update import shipment status. Update purchase order report year by year.
- Organize managing director events when he plans to visit suppliers in Italy, Germany, Japan.

- Backup with sales team to support propose the quotation. Coordinate with colleague and customer to provide information, update shipment status and follow up the feedback.
- Monitor sales weekly, monthly report: Datamyte report, MQL report and sales commission report.
