ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1 Do the project for development and improvement of department and improvement of quality product.
2 To be fully responsible on the smooth operation of the department in improving the product quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the production operation.
3 Develop quality standard for incoming, in process & finished product.
4 To improve quality control investigation and set up management system.
5 To review and revise current testing method & system for incoming, in process & finished product for quality improvement.
6 Develop quality testing method/ system for incoming, in process & finished product to prevent any production of defective glove.
7 Transform conventional testing method to real time/ semi or fully automated testing in order to improve process consistency.
8 To provide adequate training regarding automation and digitalization to all staff in department.
9 Coordinate with supplier and work together to achieve the goal.
10 Compare quotation and Issue PR for material of project.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1 To verify all reports and results testing of laboratory.
2 Enforce good discipline on Lab assistants & Lab technicians and provide training when necessary.
3 Ensure that records are kept according to the company’s quality system procedure.
4 Ensure that the laboratory test results are accurate and provide services for testing as and when requested by the other departments.
5 Good practice housekeeping concepts and safety measures to ensure that all jobs done within the Laboratory.
6 Coordinate with the superior to have efficient workforce to ensure the smooth running of Lab.
7 To research and develop automation and digitalization of laboratory.
8 To carry out other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
9 Understand management direction clearly and work according to management directions.
10 Perform any other duties required.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1 Responsible on the Quality Assurance and Laboratory to control the product quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness in the production operation.
2 Managing and supporting team to work collaboratively and control the quality of product to achieve the target.
3 Lead the team to brainstorm in problem-solving is to clearly the problem to solve in the 5 Whys or the fishbone diagram to solutions.
4 Transform conventional testing method to real time (Automated testing) in order to improve process consistency and efficiency.
5 Ensure that the quality of the finished goods meet customers’ requirement at all time.
6 Liaison with Laboratory, Production, Packing, Warehouse and Compounding for related issue to quality.
7 Handling of customer’s complaint. Coordinate to arrange the complaint registration, conduct an investigation and report on the findings.
8 Monitoring of Quality Assurance and Laboratory efficiency. To train and coach subordinate to improve their performance.
