I have hands-on experience in overseeing the entire process of tennis ball packaging, including the creation of Work Instructions (WI) for machinery, managing the issuance of logos, and handling all aspects of packaging.
In my role, I was responsible for managing the tennis ball packaging process, ensuring that the production line ran smoothly and efficiently. I worked closely with the production team to monitor packaging operations and ensure that all procedures adhered to the set standards for quality and safety.
A key part of my role involved writing and updating Work Instructions (WI) for machinery. I ensured that the WI for each machine were clear, detailed, and accurately reflected the operation procedures. This allowed operators to follow standardized processes, minimize errors, and maintain consistent product quality. I also provided training to the operators on how to follow the WI effectively, ensuring a seamless workflow across the production line.

I have comprehensive experience in managing and overseeing the documentation systems for Change Control, Process and Software Validation, and Test Methods. My role involved ensuring that all changes to processes, systems, and software were properly documented, reviewed, and implemented according to regulatory standards and internal procedures.
In the Change Control process, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, approve, and document changes in the production processes and software. I ensured that each change was assessed for potential risks, and that all necessary approvals were obtained before implementation, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations.
Additionally, I played an active role in the validation of processes and software. This involved planning, executing, and documenting validation protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. I collaborated with various teams to confirm that all systems and processes were validated before being used in production, and that any corrective actions were promptly addressed.
In my role, I was also responsible for overseeing Test Methods. I worked with the quality assurance team to ensure that all testing procedures were accurate, reliable, and in compliance with the necessary standards. I helped to ensure that any deviations from expected results were investigated and resolved promptly.
Furthermore, I was an integral part of the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) team, where I worked collaboratively to identify, investigate, and resolve issues. As part of the CAPA team, my focus was on helping to identify root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that preventive measures were in place to achieve and sustain our operational goals.
I actively participated in both Internal and External Audits. I assisted in preparing for audits, reviewed necessary documentation, and supported the audit process by addressing any findings or non-conformities. I also contributed to implementing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lastly, I have actively participated in a variety of company initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, Quality Control Circles (QCC), and OPL (One Point Lesson), as well as being an integral part of the teams working on ISO 14001 and Risk Management.
