- Order fulfillment process (order to delivery).
- Ensuring uninterrupted and smooth supply of finished goods (Medical gloves) to designated markets within Europe region.
- Receiving orders from sales or customers, assisting them with availability and alternate products also resolving with pricing situations.
- Organizing delivery schedule; Documentation handling (PO-PI, Certificates, Inspection reports etc.); Transportation booking (Vessel-Air); Reporting on delivery issues and proposing solutions.
- Maintaining clear communication with customers for any request or issue and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Providing customer activity reports and others as needed.
