Responsible for Ocean export specialist – Operating export shipment (End to End operation) to designed destinations by receiving delivery plan from customers (Mitsubishi Motor, 3M, ECOLAB). Matching available sailing schedule with required loading plan from customer then book vessel space to carriers and send booking confirmation to customers. Prepare House and Master Bill of Lading. Issue invoice/Debit note/Credit note to concern parties. Liaise with customers, destination agents and Carrier to ensure shipments have delivered to consignee within timely manner.
