Take care the clients mainly for German and Switzerland Market (Kuoni and Asia 365) Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages. Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation. Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials. Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns. Create and update electronic records of clients.

Correspondence and negotiate with the suppliers and hotels for special rates, extended contracts or promotions. Fam-trips and site inspections arrangement. Finding the special or luxury supplier or high-end clients.Well realized that itinerary is flexible, so I can adjust and point out what would make the clients trip valued and memorable. Make special arrangement for special occasions of the clients such as Wedding Anniversary but without extra cost. Follow up and keep in touch with the clients during their stay and (if any) answer and give them the explanation for their comments. Finding the suitable solution for the unexpected problem.
