 Management control and maintenance CFB boiler 75 t/h.
 Management control and maintenance Extraction steam turbine and Generator 9.5 MW.
 Management and control Reverse osmosis and Demineralized plant 42 m³/ h.
 Planning, management and use of boilers and turbines efficiently as possible.
 Management and monitoring of the work of subordinates to work effectively and safely. Subordinates 36 persons (Operator boiler and turbine 21 persons, Engineer 3 persons, Water treatment 5 persons, Laboratory 5 persons).
 Analyze and plan for maintenance of power plants and report performance.
 Verification Report and Documents Results of operations.
 Planning, management and control to coordinate the work of support organizations in accordance with the machine.
 Counseling and coaching to employees under his command.
 Analyze and improve power supplies to be used most effectively.
