ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Control, direct and coordinate the activities of the production floor, engineering and planning team to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
• Supervise and coach all production team leaders and staffs to follow with the standard manufacturing procedures, processes and policies to ensure zero accident. Also assign work to production staffs according to the production schedule.
• Inspect product to verify production specifications are met and solve problems in the production processes.
• Monitor, analyse and coordinate for improvement in plant utilities, availability and efficiency focusing on all relevant factors such as cost control, people development, productivity improvement, waste management and quality of the products..
• Review and approve production reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure safety conditions and good working environment within production areas together with coordination for preventive and corrective maintenance activities of production tools and equipment.
• Control and approve the document and record the quality data by follow the quality procedure by work with the document control center and all other teams.
• Coordinate with all related team to maintain the quality management for the whole organization.
• Follow up corrective and prevention action of CAR from Internal Quality Audit (IQA).
• Create Management Review meeting schedule/plan and Management Review meeting report for management team to review and follow up the improvement result.

- Review part production process and production data for development such as yield, production
effectiveness and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with vendor , customer /in house for parts or materials quality control to necessary with
assembly process in production line.
- Successful in job assignment.
