SYSTEM ADMIN (at KBTG)
1.Support CMS (App#736)
-Support CMS (Production environment)
-Standby for Incident Job CMS (Conference call with Incident Team ,ITDC oper and App owner
to resolve problem).


2.Support Core banking system (UAT environment)
-Support running batch and investigate error(get log from Ctrl-M ,get SCAER file for teams).
-manual skip batch on request.
-Disk management resource for support running
batch.
-Manage monitor process (stop/start process when
missing)
-flip-date support on request.
-Preparing daily report for teams.

3.Support K-Paylater project (UAT - PROD environment)
-Monitor System resource (such as Aliveness status
,System usage ,Pod running status) with Grafanadashboard
-Experienced in Schedulix Job scheduling for
monitor daily running batch.
-Experienced in KIBANA-Dashboard for monitor service.
-AdHoc submit Batch for support customers (transfer file to VM ,submit batch).
-Support deployment such as Jenkins Pipeline ,deploy Schedulix ,deploy KIBANA dashboard.
-Experienced in CyberArk privileged access security
-Password management (manual manage password
expire for low-prilivege-user).
-Experienced in Ticketing system (Remedy ,ServiceNow for incident and change request)
-Experienced in RHEL linux cli ,WinSCP ,MS 365
-Experienced in firewall request (Tulfin)
-Preparing daily/monthly document and report Incident for team and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
