-Ticket Handling.(Work with Remedy Application and Service Now, for example,open ticket)
-Take calls from end-users and support them.(10 Person in team 30000+ end users)
-Monitoring case. (Request and Incident)
-Follow up cases to make sure they will not breach Service Level Agreement (SLA)
-Handle case like the first line support.
-Work via Windows Server 2012 R2(Jumphost)
-User Admin (Active Directory) O365, SCCM, KCS,LDAP.
-Translation Thai to English and English to Thai.
-Contact with another team to find solutions. (TH, DK, CN, PH, CZ, US)
-Mentoring and instructive with colleagues.
-Train new employees.
-Other tasks assigned.
